    Having seen first-hand the scale, speed and structural advantage with which major organisations deploy technology and navigate regulation, Lewis co-founded North Stack to bring that strategic capability into the SME market. His focus is on helping smaller and mid-sized businesses adopt AI with the same discipline, foresight and regulatory readiness typically reserved for large enterprises.

    At North Stack, he provides senior counsel on AI adoption, reputation and compliance, ensuring solutions map against commercial objectives and protect companies against future regulation.

    Matthew is a former transformation leader at Lloyds and HSBC, where he delivered complex change programmes across large, global banking operations. Working within highly regulated, high-volume environments gave him deep experience in redesigning intricate workflows, modernising legacy systems and embedding change at scale without disrupting core operations.

    Having operated inside some of the most process-intensive organisations in the UK, Matthew co-founded North Stack to bring that same rigour and operational discipline to SMEs. His focus is on translating enterprise-grade transformation principles into lean, practical systems that smaller businesses can realistically implement and sustain.

    At North Stack, he leads technical delivery and execution, ensuring AI solutions are engineered, integrated and embedded into live environments with resilience, clarity and measurable commercial impact.
