The Right Five Things on the CEO's Desk by 7am
The problem
The CEO of Phoenix Sustainable Investments was personally reading around 30 inbound reports a day, across analyst notes, regulatory updates and market commentary, because nothing could be trusted to filter them.
Our solution
A human-in-the-loop briefing service summarises the inbound reports overnight, cross-checks each against regulatory feeds, and puts a printed morning briefing on the CEO's desk by 07:00, with no software installed on company devices and all data held in the group's own tenant.
Underneath sits the regulatory pipeline we built: it tracks the regimes the group answers to and maps each change against what the business already runs. A compliance hub is being built on the same foundation, so monitoring and reporting sit in one place rather than in an inbox.
