McCarron Coates, a Leeds-based fleet and haulage broker, keyed every vehicle change by hand across four places: Excel, the MID portal, client emails and Acturis. Every amendment was re-typed, and every quarter ended in a declaration scramble.

A central amendment platform parses the change emails, lets handlers approve in a familiar spreadsheet-style workspace with a full audit trail, and auto-generates the quarterly declarations and MDS-compliant MID files.
